  • Visual Wreckage Target: Armor plates now peel away to reveal underlying structural decks, ribs, broken pipes, and dark interior shadows, avoiding simple "missing polygon" render bugs.
  • Tuned Beam Carving: Beam damage was vaporizing ship hulls too quickly. We tuned lasers to punch direct holes while melting and scoring adjacent plates with dynamic heat glows.
  • Orbiting Broadside AI: Hostile warships now compute dynamic intercept courses, maneuvering to keep the player tracked within their broadside firing arcs.
